Seven years in operations showed me how systems fail from the inside. Not from lack of ideas — from lack of structure. Bad foundations. Missing load-bearing walls. I walked away with one conviction: understand the structure before you touch anything.

Everything here is self-funded and shipped solo. No VC. No team. I build with Claude Code as my primary engineering partner — AI-augmented development, not pretend. Intent, infrastructure, and a refusal to wait for permission.
